For over 20 years, SpecialCare has been serving the home health needs of patients throughout San Diego County. As a preferred provider of the Tricare System for more than two decades, SpecialCare proudly serves active duty military personnel and their families, as well as retired veterans and their families.

SpecialCare has also been a contracted provider for Medicare beneficiaries since 1990.

SpecialCare is locally owned and operated by health care professionals. From the outset, our goal has been to provide all the services necessary for supporting people in their homes in lieu of hospitalization. We have been successful in our efforts, which include supplying all medical equipment and support services.

Our dedication to providing quality service and products has resulted in an overall patient satisfaction of 97.25% for the year ending 2005 and 98.2% for calendar year 2006.
